Maria Ferreira is the Rubinstein Law Group’s Legal Assistant and Office Manager.

She received your BA in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and has extensive experience in the legal field, having served as a legal assistant for over 30 years.

With her knowledge of the personal injury procedures, Maria is involved in the organization, preparation, and review of all legal documentation in the firm. She tracks compliance deadlines, and monitors all files and records to ensure they adhere to the firm’s policies and procedures.

She has fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
